He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Carew and Hope Carew; his parents-in-law, Allan and Lillian Clarke; his brother Terry; and his daughter Dana.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Melissa (Bill Power), Terry and Brad (Ashley); his grandchildren, Hayden, Kaylee, Aidan and Claire; and his siblings, Bonnie (Jim Doyle), Sonia (Brian Connolly), Gina (late Walter Smith), Gail (Duncan Hart), Tanya (John Knight), Doug (Rachel) and Randy.
