He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cunningham and Lena Cunningham (Robinson); and his wife Elizabeth (Lib). He is survived by: his son Geoff (Cathy); his granddaughters, Jennifer (Richard) and Jessica (Adam); his great grandchildren, Jake and Georgia; his cousin Richard Robinson (Marlene); and his sister-in-law Shirley Burgess (Albert Burgess).
