It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Rice (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Martina; his siblings, Josephine, Jean (Ken) and Edward; and his siblings-in-law, Regina (Pat) and Alex.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Jackie (John) and Jerry (Aisling); his grandchildren, Michael (Erin), Nick and Madison; his great grandchild Benjamin; his siblings, Art (June) and Barbara (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Edna (Ray), Stan and Dave (Arlene).

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no funeral service at this time.
