He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Craig (Beth), Stephen (Alison) and Kristina (Curtis); his brother Gary (Lib); his grandchildren, Caroline, Jonah, Ben, Simon, Leo and Claire; and his close friends, Phil, Anne Smith, Jack and Doreen Tricco.
