She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham Janes and Ruth Janes; and her close friend Raymond. She is survived by: her children, Michelle and Steven (Lauren); and her grandchildren, Cynthia, Grace and Jaxon. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Chapel (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (53 James Lane).
