He is survived by: his wife Bertha; his children, Karen (James) and Keith (Patricia); his grandchildren, Kylie (Christophe), Michael (Jessica), Leonard (Samantha) and Kirsten (John); his siblings, Mary and Carl (Kathy); his stepdaughters, Jennifer (Geoff) and Joanna; and his grandchildren, Grace, Maria, Rachael, Luke, Emma and Joshua.
