He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Bill Hawkins and Hilda Hawkins; his sisters, Betty Welcher (Stan), Catherine Kenny (Fabian), Bernice O'Keefe (Val) and Lorraine Hawkins; his parents-in-law, John and Anne O'Keefe; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Clowe (Reginald), Nellie Duggan (John), Mildred Boland (Mikey), Tommy O'Keefe, John O'Keefe and Jim Barron.
He is survived by: his children, Della (Perry), Lynn and Dwayne (Dawn); his grandchildren, Zachary, Victoria, Matthew, Astra and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Marques and Cordell; his siblings, Theresa Lawlor (Albert), Janet Hawkins, Michael Hawkins (Helen) and Vince Hawkins; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine (Ed), Muriel, Lillian (Tolson), Marina O'Keefe, Pauline O'Keefe, Kenneth (Anne), Glen and Mark (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends.
