He was predeceased by: his son Rodney Parsons; his parents, Albert Parsons and Louise Parsons; his sisters, Florance Parsons, Shirley Moore and Myrtle Parrell; and his brother-in-law Leo Parrell.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Parsons; his son Darren Parsons (Renee); his daughter-in-law Laura June Parsons; his grandchildren, Brandon, Amber Jade Quinlivan (Robert), Amy and Madison; his great grandchild Cade; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Moore, Joyce Kean (Cecil), Loretta Mitchell (William), Nina Williams (Frank) and Wayne Humphries (Gwen).
