He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Weir and Laura Weir; his brother Bob of Labrador City; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Wellman (Hussey) of Calabogie, ON. He is survived by: his wife Gail (Hussey); his children, Sharada and Jonathan (Bridget Canning); his siblings, Joyce (Vince Verge), Joan (Ed Downton), Vera (Kev Snow), Judy (Alton Locke) and Garland (Cathy); his aunt Avice Mesh; his uncles, Roy Weir (Carol) and Wilbert Weir; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Parsons (Ken), Joyce Weir, Don Hussey (Nancy) and Steve Wellman.
Because of rising Covid and Influenza cases, the family requests that those attending please wear a mask.
