She is survived by: her husband Lester; her children, Wanda (Ross Young) and Troy (Carol); her grandchildren, Zach Young (Julie Power), Lauren and John Purchase; her siblings, Jim Marsh (Sheila) and Nellie (Wayne Mugford); her stepsister Nellie Morey; and her brother-in-law Lawerence Hanham.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army Church St. John's West Corps.
