We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2020, Heather Anne Delsey (St John's, Newfoundland), born in Hamilton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father John Delsey; her stepfather William Welch (Bill); her grandparents, Norma, Sidney Morehouse, Arthur and Jean Delsey; and her brother Michael Welch (Tammy).
She is survived by : her mother Carol Welch (Morehouse); her fiancé Lloyd Naugle; her sisters, Joy Stuart (Vince) and Sandra Couture (Yves); her niece Samantha Couture (Simon Beaucage); her nephews, Spencer Welch and Taylor Welch (Noor); her great-nephew Josh Beaucage; and her pet Rex. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins.
Due to the pandemic situation at this time, arrangements for a celebration of her life will be announced at a later time.
Donations may be made to the Salvation Army in Kemptville, the Westport Baptist Church, or a charity of your choice.
