He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keats and Gladys Keats; and his siblings, Helen, Kevin and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna Haskell; his children, Dwayne (Jackie), Derrick (Gail) and Joy Jacobs; his grandchildren, Greg (Kristen), Brandon (Brynn), Bethany and Ben; his great grandchildren, Cannon and Darcy; and his siblings, Alvin (Sheila), Ray (Christine), Doreen Keats and Dallas Baker.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Baxter's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
