He is survived by: his children, Ewan (Heather), Jane (Rob Steneker), April (Tom Kennedy), Matthew Chapman (Sarah) and Travis Chapman (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jill (Mike Reid), Beth, Kay, Helen, Ian, Alex, Cameron, Jack, Grace, Hilary, Norah, Gabrielle, Madeleine and Emily; and his siblings-in-law, Anne Cooke, Phillip Cooke (Bernice) and Chris Cooke (Joan).
