She was predeceased by: her significant other Robert "Poppy" Barnes; her children, Kathie Duffett and Peter Duffett; her parents, Jean Snelgrove and Lester Snelgrove; her siblings, Joan Lawrence and Lester Snelgrove; and her sister-in-law Jean Snelgrove (Spurrell).

She is survived by: her granddaughter Zoie Duffett (Peter Edison); her great grandchildren, Leala St. Aubin and Rayne Edison; her brother-in-law Wally Lawrence; her sister Barbara (Junior); her nieces, Elizabeth Lawrence (George Smith) and Donna Lawrence (Dan Vanasse); and her friend Mary Fardy. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family, treasured friends.
