Ivy (Hollett) Blackmore Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 90, Ivy (Hollett) Blackmore (St John's, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Hollett and Edith "Nellie" Hollett. She is survived by : her husband Harold Blackmore; her children, Bill (Laurie Quinton), Bob (Debbie O'Rielly), Susan (Roy Osmond) and Jim (Holly Doyle); her grandchildren, Amy (Jonathan Kavanagh), Kristen (Greg Butler), Aaron (Alicia Taylor), Holly (Cyril Hann), Allison Osmond (Patrick Dawson), Benjamin Osmond, Quinn and Alice; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Lily, Myles, Lauren and Lincoln; her sister Gwen Hollett; and her siblings-in-law, Stella Mifflin, Joan, Juanita Blackmore and Alton Wareham.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the 12th the Carnell Memorial Chapel (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B 1C3).
