It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivy McGarvie (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Ian; her siblings, Eugene, Mae and Florence; and her parents, Wallace Beck and Clara Beck.

She is survived by: her sister Eunice; her children, Heather (late Larry Weatherbie), Sherry and Blair; and her granddaughters, Jennifer and Julie. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends.
