James Keats Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Keats (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Keats and Dorothy Keats; his parents-in-law, Alfred and Violet Streeter; and his siblings, Kenneth, Frederick (Ann), Rosemary (Cyril Foley) and Dorothy (Bob Byrne).

He is survived by: his wife Renata; his children, Jeffrey (Sandra), Christopher (Cheryl), Mark (Kelly), Tanya (Dawn) and Stephanie (Mike Hayes); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, James, Joshua, Nicholas, Jack, Mark Keats, Michael, Sarah and William Hayes; his siblings, Robert (Ruby), Gerald (Marjorie), Ronald (Yvonne), Catherine (John Redding) and Diane (Pat); his siblings-in-law, Sonia (Art) and Wendell (Shirley); and his pets, Archie and Lola.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
