It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Leslie Thistle (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Mary; his son Jim; his granddaughter Gwendolyn; and his brothers, David and Eric.
He is survived by : his daughter Laurie Ryan (late Terry); his daughter-in-law Barbara Thistle; his grandchildren, Wendy Russell, Stephanie Greer (Brad), Paul Thistle (Lesley Pike), Michael Thistle and Rachel Thistle; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Andrew, Grace Russell and Ethan Greer.
