He was predeceased by: his parents, Neta and Jim; and his close friend Reggie. He is survived by: his significant other Crystal; his sons, Ryan and Gavin; his sister Jeannie (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Ashley (Mitch) and Jeffrey (Nicole); his nieces and nephews, Jared, Lucas, Kenna, Jakob, Brianna, Peyton, Addison, Olivia and Mason; his great-nephew Easton; his mother-in-law Christine; his cousin Lori Trainor; his close friends, Janine and Michael; and his caregivers, Kim and Tony.
