He is survived by: his wife Connie Cornick; his daughter Emma; his mother Gail Lidstone; his sister Shelley (Paul); his niece Allia; his nephew Devin; and his mother-in-law Maple Hussey. He is also survived by in-laws, other relatives, and friends.
