She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Martin and William Martin; her parents-in-law, Minnie and Harold Collins; her sisters, Nancy Hensley and Peggy Hatfield; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Butler, Larry Hatfield, Von Hensley and Ron Scaplen.

She is survived by: her husband Clayton Collins; her children, Jackie (Max), Jennifer and Janet (Joel); her grandchildren, Ryan (Toni), Colin, Chelsea, Emily (James), Amanda, Logan and Cruz; her great grandchild Peyton; her brothers, Bill, Bruce and Bob; and her sisters-in-law, Marie, Rosalind and Debbie.
