It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Collins (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Martin and William Martin; her parents-in-law, Minnie and Harold Collins; her sisters, Nancy Hensley and Peggy Hatfield; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Butler, Larry Hatfield, Von Hensley and Ron Scaplen.
She is survived by: her husband Clayton Collins; her children, Jackie (Max), Jennifer and Janet (Joel); her grandchildren, Ryan (Toni), Colin, Chelsea, Emily (James), Amanda, Logan and Cruz; her great grandchild Peyton; her brothers, Bill, Bruce and Bob; and her sisters-in-law, Marie, Rosalind and Debbie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. David's Presbyterian Church (98 Elizabeth Ave, St. John's, NL A1B1R8).
