She was predeceased by: her husband Norman R. Hiscock; her parents, Sidney Randell and Jessie Randell (Reccord); and her siblings, Grace, Hilda, Enid and Harry Winston.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Hiscock; and her brother-in-law John Hiscock. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Church of St. Mary the Virgin (80 Craigmillar Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1Z8). A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the 12th Anglican Cemetery (23-1 Empire Ave, St. John's, NL A1C3E4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory may be made to St. Patrick's Mercy Home.
