He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Julia and Jarrett; his pet Lyla; his parents, Harris and Kathleen; his brothers, Vaughn (Lori), Floyd (Christine) and Bernie (Ann); his cousin Moyles Jacobs; and his parents-in-law, Leona Meaney, Darlene Whalen (Lawrence), Albert Meaney (Lisa), Justin Meaney (Lisa) and Kristen Derwin (James). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family, friends.

Following COVID-19 regulations, masks are required.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
