It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Griffis (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fillier and Isabel Fillier; and her siblings, Jeanette Fillier and William Fillier (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Joan Marie Griffis, Laura Dicks (Andrew) and Gary Griffis (Kate); her granddaughters, Brianna and Sara; and her siblings, Linda Fillier, Bob Fillier (Jean) and Jim Fillier.
