It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Job Blackmore (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Job and Blanche; his daughter-in-law Karen; his siblings, Aubrey (Mary), Fred (Barbara), George, Jack, Don (Elsie), Molly Monroe (Doug), Daisy Osmond (Carl), Dorothy Roberts (Heber), Marina Green, Beverly Price and Tennant; his siblings-in-law, Reginald Vey (Veenie), Petley Vey, Harvey Vey and Joyce Morris (Bob); his niece Valerie Noel; and his nephew Gary Vey.
He is survived by: his significant other Sybil; his children, Sheree and Les (Joy); his grandchildren, Jillian, Leslie Hammond, Laura and Chris Blackmore; his great grandchild Jacob Blackmore Amero; his pets, Zoey and Sam; and his siblings-in-law, Chesley Vey (Joan), Raye Vey (Vernita), Bill Green, Ida Blackmore, Ada Vey and Margaret Vey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Craigmillar Avenue.
