Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margaret Rose Strait (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 75, on December 26, 2020. She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald Strait; her parents, Chesley Gorman and Margaret Gorman; her siblings, Carol Young, Maria Marsh and Herbert Gorman; and her granddaughter McKenzie Strait.

She is survived by : her children, Brenda Yetman (Paul), Ronald Strait, Toni Strait, Rod Strait (Joy) and Kim Power (John); her grandson Jason; her great grandchildren, Declan, Madison and Natalie; her sister Judy Shippee (Bob); and her close friends, Elaine Hawco (Tony) and Patsy King.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 2nd 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9).

Donation's may be made in Margaret's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
