She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur; her siblings, Patricia, Regina, Barbara, Harold, James and John; and her parents, James Walsh and Mary Walsh.
She is survived by: her sons, Arthur (Elaine), Douglas (Mary), David (Michelle) and Stephen (Maxine); and her brothers, Ronald, Robert and Brendan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carnell's Funeral Home (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
