She was predeceased by: her husband John F Whelan. She is survived by: her children, John, Kim (Syl), Collette and Terry; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Jenna, Jacob, Nicholas, Benjamin, Jackson and Jordyn; and her sisters, Edna (Eph), Neta (Ed), Lorraine (Gary) and Barb (Garry).
