She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Basha. She is survived by: her children, Michael, Tom (Jacqui), Richard and Joanne; her grandchildren, Arielle, Robin, Ben, James, Jorja, Marvin, Shae, Ally and Andrew; her sister Paula; her sister-in-law Joan; and her nieces, Paula and Jennifer.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Epilepsy NL.

They welcomed so many people into their home who always left well fed and fortified with a spirit or two, and tired after hours of laughing and congeniality. My favourite was Mary's specialty, Lebanese food. Mike loved a good joke and could laugh just as hard at the second telling. An evening with them was guaranteed fun! Thanks Mary and Mike. Your talents have been passed on!”
