We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 93, Mary Lonsdale (St John's, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Hopkins and Maria "Marie" Hopkins (Roy); her sisters, Stella Cairns (Bob) and Pat Trew (Les); and her son-in-law Peter Cannon.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Cannon of Portugal Cove, NL, Dawn Lonsdale (Joe Peskunowicz) of Calgary, AB, Leslie Kot (Wayne) of Maui, HI and David Lonsdale; her grandsons, Tyler Cannon of St. John's, Daniel Cannon (Kim) and Benn Cannon (Miranda) of St. John's, NL; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Theodore, Benson and Blake; her brother-in-law Les Trew; and her close friends, Karen Timm of Westmeath, ON, Barbara (Lee) and Bentley. She is also survived by her family and friends.
