She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Edward Ballard; her parents, Frank Grace and Elizabeth Grace; and her siblings, Josephine Burt, Madeline Hoffer, Bernard Grace and Patrick Grace.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia (Nick Dalton) of Harbour Main; her in-law Roland Burt of Nova Scotia; her niece Bernie-Ann (Edward Ezekiel); her great-nieces, Penelope and Annabelle; her nieces, Karla, Morgan and Jeannie (Paul Snow); her close friend Jaxson; and her friend Patricia Spaziano.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Teresa's Parish (120 Mundy Pond Rd, St. John's, NL A1E1V1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either the Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society.
