He was predeceased by: his son Harry; and his siblings, Gladys Wamback, Clyde and Micky. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Max (Gerri), Mary Ducey, Elva Philpott (Robert) and Karen Drover (Barry); and his daughter-in-law Jean. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly; also, other relatives and friends.
