He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ambrose, Annie Lee (Petty Harbour), Thomas and Elizabeth (Betty). He is survived by: his parents, Gary Payne and Ann Payne; his sister Elizabeth (Damien); his nephew Ben; and his niece Violet. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.
