He is survived by: his parents, Gerri Barbour Starkes and Bob Starkes Sr. (Linda); and his brother Bob (Kim). He is also survived by uncles, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley United Church (101 Patrick St, St. John's, NL A1E0A5).
