He was predeceased by: his father Ted; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Rebecca (Mitch) and Jacob (Jessica); his mother Judi; and his sister Leslie (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Michael's memory may be made to the Salmon Preservation Association for the Waters of Newfoundland (SPAWN).
