She is survived by: her children, Timothy Blake and Kayla Blake (Chris); her grandchildren, McKinley, Raegan and Chase Blake; her mother Daphne Blake; and her siblings, Cindy Eady (Junior), Kathy Blake (Scott), Derek Blake and David Blake (Krista).
