We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Noel Dobbin (St John's, Newfoundland). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rita (Power) and Patrick; his parents-in-law, Greg and Mary Power; and his siblings, Patrick, Dennis, Craig, Maureen and Judy.

He is survived by : his children, Bradley, Gregory (Gig) and Julie (Glenn); his grandchild Derm; his wife Ethel; his son Brad (Susanne); his granddaughters, Lucy, Katie, Molly and Maggie; and his siblings, Marion (Walter Tucker), Rita (Edwin Dodge), Margo (William Stinson), Basil (Jenna) and Barney (Elizabeth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral mass will be live-streamed on Wednesday, April 28 at 9:30 a. m. by viewing this link: https://tom0349.wixsite.com.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association for New Canadians, Choices for Youth, or a charity of your choice.
