He is survived by: his husband Jeff Butt; his daughter Henny (Andrew Ward); his siblings, Bert (Susan), Gerda Burgsma and Grace Fuerth (John); his parents-in-law, Clarence and Elaine Butt; his siblings-in-law, Brian Butt (Jennifer) and Allison Coles (Brad); and his close friends, Jerry Dick and Ralph Jarvis.
