Patricia Chafe Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert; her parents, Raymond O'Toole and Mildred O'Toole; her siblings, Annie Cooney, Mercedes O'Toole and Francis O'Toole; her nephew Paul Cooney; her parents-in-law, Chesley and Blanche Chafe; her siblings-in-law, Eric, Lloyd, Don, Ray, Fred, Stella Boone and Allison Russell; and her nephew Robert Russell.

She is survived by: her children, Hubert Jr. (Debbie), Wayne (Andie), Darryl (Bobby Lynn) and Susan Chafe-Dalton (Tom); her granddaughter Courtney; her nieces, Renee Delany and Lori Russell; her sister-in-law Shirley Chafe; Kevannah Burry, Keisha Goodyear and Cindy Hickey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Patricia's memory to The Alzheimer's Association.
