He was predeceased by: his beautiful baby girl Nichol; his parents, Gerald and Isabel (Barnes); his siblings, David, Raymond and Paula; his sister-in-law Linda; and his nephew Scott.

He is survived by: his close friend Katherine; his siblings, Mary Stansbury (Frank), Rowena Bugden (John), Lillian Morgan (John), Gerry Hogan and Richard Hogan (Michelle); and his friend Ray White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory maybe made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
