She was predeceased by: her husband William Ryan (Bill); her parents, Emma Pennell and Richard Pennell; her siblings, Harvey Pennell, Bill Pennell (Mary), Jean Parsons (Vern), Violet Chafe (Bob) and Ruth Pond (Reg); and her cousin Dianne Brewer. She is also survived by her family and by an extended group of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barrett's Chapel (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9).
