He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonsus Bouzan and Ellen Bouzan; and his brother John Bouzan. He is survived by: his wife Frances Cleary R. N.; his children, Nicole (Ian), Stephen and Andrew Bouzan; his sisters, Catherine Bragg (Jim) and Marguerite Power (Ed); and his siblings-in-law, Ellen Bouzan and Larry Cleary. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
