It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita (Sharpe) Squires (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sharpe and Sophie Sharpe; her husband John Squires; her sons, Allister, Darrell and Randy; and her siblings, Edith, Caroline, Myrtle, George and David.
She is survived by: her son Eric; her granddaughter Lisa; and her son Dennis (Tiffany).
