He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his parents, John and Eva; and his siblings, Gordon Clarke, Anne Rowe and Doreen Stockwood.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Dean Clarke (Debbie) and Kimberly Clarke; his grandchildren, Robert John Clarke, Brandon Clarke, Nicholas Clarke, Brooklyn Clarke (Brandon), Ashley Hanlon (Adrian) and Heather Baker (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Bennett and Rori; his siblings, Barbara Layden, Vera Clarke, David Clarke, James Clarke and Ron Clarke; and his sisters-in-law, Lana and Evangeline. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and special friends.
