He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tilley (Fleming); his children, Sara Tilley (Andrea McGuire) and Bobby Tilley (Alexandria Dwyer); his grandchildren, Finnigan and Eloise Dwyer-Tilley; his siblings, Catherine Parsons Power (David), Patricia Tilley, Susan Tilley and Greg Tilley (Wendy Tilley); and his sisters-in-law, Roberta Drover (Aiden) and Linda Kean.
