Roger touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Roger’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Baggs. He is survived by: his father Arthur Baggs; and his brothers, Gregory, Stephen and Paul. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
No flowers by request (as per Roger's wishes). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), or to Lifewise Mental Heath Peer Services (formerly CHANNAL).
