He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie Chaulk; his parents, Eli Hayter and Chatfield Hayter; and his sister Lillian Kennedy. He is survived by: his stepson Joshua; his daughter Renee; his siblings, Edward (Wanda), George (Kim), Cora (Dave) and Gettina (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Alf Kennedy.
