He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Hoddinott of Indian Islands and Elsie Hudson of Harbour Deep; his stepfather Ed Hudson; and his close friend Regina Beaubier. He is survived by: his close friend Anne Hewson; his siblings, Karen Wood (Mike), Dr. Kevin Hoddinott (Judy) and Bruce Hoddinott; his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Caroline, Sedrick, Krysta, Lauren, Daniel and Chloe; and his close friends, Gary and Vickey Murrin.
Because Ron was such a fixture on Duckworth Street for almost forty years, running an antique shop that even managed to survive the year of Covid shut-downs, we must acknowledge the customers, regular or occasional, who came to Livyers in search of treasures or their type of collectible.
