He was predeceased by : his siblings, Edward, Ralph, Clayton, Garfield, Simeon, Thomas, Roland, Corwin, Velma, Lillian, Bertha, Hilda and Elizabeth; and his parents, Fredrick "Ambrose" Skinner and Sarah Skinner (Baker).
He is survived by : his wife Effie "Blanche" (Martin); his children, Maureen (David), Beverly (Scott) and Fred (Melanie); his grandchildren, Travis, Tiffany, Joshua, Robert, David and Clinton; and his brother Samuel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Ronald's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
