He is survived by: his children, Wanda Smith (Dave) and Jeff Mackey (Krista); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Courtney, Sarah, Daniella and Michael; his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee and Kamron; and his siblings, Bob Mackey (Lois), Bill Mackey (Rose), Gertrude Clark and Brenda Rogers (Ed). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and sisters and brothers in law.
